Appraisals are provided at a cost, if valuation has not been carried out. Appraisal cost will be determined by work involved to ascertain listing price range. Marketing can be designed to suit your budget and is there is no fees/commission added to the actual costs. A full break down and marketing plan is provided and weekly marketing updates are sent through to vendors. 
Commission is payable only upon sale.

The Process

  3. Our agency agreement will be prepared and signed by you.

  4. We will request all information required for assessing your business and market position.

  5. Our team will work on your Business Appraisal.

  6. We will then prepare the marketing for your business to put on the market.

  7. Once approval is given for the marketing..get ready your business is about to go online for sale!! 

  8. We use several channels Australia wide to advertise your business listing. We market to suit your business industry. 

  9. When a buyer contacts us for further information a confidentiality agreement must be signed.

  10. Our agents arrange face-to-face meetings with buyers when presenting information where possible.

  11. We receive an offer on your business and present it to you.

  12. Negotiations begin if required.

  13. Due diligence - Sellers and buyers must always consult legal advice from solicitors and accountants to assist in the transaction.

  14. Signed contract is then arrange by both seller and buyer.

  15. Settlement as per contact with any handover/training/ requirements met.
